Shopping Tips

 

Before shopping, we recommend that you register as a member first (GM Collin HK will occasionally send out discounts to registered members, please fill in a valid email address to receive information and order information). You can also choose to add the product directly to the shopping cart and complete the order without registering as a member.

Delivery time

  • For orders with successful payment confirmation, we will hand over the items to SF Express for shipment within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, the eve of public holidays and public holidays).
  • Once the order is delivered to SF Express, it will generally arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery Arrangement

  • We have designated SF Express as the company to ship your order. Customers are currently unable to choose the courier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • You can choose to set your own Hong Kong delivery address or pick up at SF Express

How to check the order status?

  • SF Express provides an order tracking code service so you can check the latest delivery status at any time.
  • After SF Express receives the parcel, it will send you a pickup SMS within three working days. Customers can pick up the parcel at the selected SF Express store with the SMS.

  • Free shipping for purchases of HK$600 or more.
  • For purchases less than HK$600, a delivery fee of HK$45 will be charged.

Payment Methods

 

(1) Bank transfer or ATM

   You can choose to transfer funds to Fubon Bank account 829-0210-4437 (Bastet Goddess Limited) via bank or ATM .

   After completing the transfer, please send the deposit slip to : gmcollin@bastetgoddess.hk

 

 (2) FPS

If you have not registered yet, you must register for FPS

  • Open a bank app that supports FPS, turn on the FPS function, and enter the FPS ID number: (ID number to be determined) ( Payee name: Bastet Goddess Limited)
  • After completing the transfer, please send the deposit slip to : gmcollin@bastetgoddess.hk

 

(3) Credit Card/Paypal

PayPal is an account-based system that allows anyone to safely pay and deposit various online accounts using an email address, credit card, or bank account. If you choose to pay with PayPal , you must first open an account with PayPal ( please visit the PayPal official website for details).

 

(4) Google Pay

To use Google Pay , you must first link a valid credit or debit card to your Google Pay account.

Please check the following items first:

  • Please confirm that your device or browser is logged into your Google account.
  • Please confirm whether a valid card number has been bound to your Google Pay account
  • Please check if your device or browser is the latest version and supports Google Pay.

 

(5) Shop Pay

To use Shop Pay , customers should first check the following items:

  • Please make sure to activate the card before use ( if applicable ) .
  • Please confirm that you can purchase online.
  • Please make sure that you have the billing information on file that matches your bank account. For example, the zip code must match the billing address.
  • Please make sure you have Visa , Mastercard , American Express or other supported cards.
  • Please make sure you are using a supported debit or credit card. For example, some prepaid cards are not supported.
  • If the customer uses If you use Shop Pay Installments , Capital One cards are not accepted.

 

How to cancel an order after it is placed ?

  1. GM Collin HK reserves the right to cancel an order if the relevant product is unavailable for any reason or if an order cannot be delivered for any other reason. GM Collin HK will notify you if this happens.
  2. All cancelled orders will be refunded via e-voucher equal to the order value or credited to a credit card account.
  3. Once you submit your order confirmation, you cannot cancel your order. If you need more information or assistance, please contact us by email.
