2.5. “Our Stores” includes "G.M. Collin HK" and other forms of retail stores (including online or physical stores) that we may operate from time to time.
2.6. “Privacy Ordinance” means the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong)
2.7. “Personal Data” has the same meaning as “Personal Data” under the Privacy Ordinance.

2.9. “Registered Customer” means a customer who has registered an account on our App or our Website.
2.10. “Retail products or services” means the sale of products and services (whether through physical or online channels) in the following categories: lifestyle products, general merchandise, health and beauty, pharmaceuticals, perfumes and cosmetics.
